How We Work - Our Process

When you get in touch with us for some work, we run a process. Within that process is the following criteria:

• 1. You contact us. You have some work that needs doing, and you need to get in touch for us to start.
• 2. We arrange a visit. This is arranged at your convenience, and will be done by one of our members of staff.
• 3. We estimate an amount that the work will cost. Please see below for more details on this.
• 4. The estimate is agreed to by yourselves and Honeybee Construction Ltd.
• 5. Invoicing and payment arrangements are then made once work is complete.

Costings & Payments

When you require work from us, our payment structure is quite simple.

If you have work that can be completed for under £4,000, there is no need for a deposit to be made. Payment can be made once work is complete and you are happy with the results.

If the work required will cost over £4,000, a 25% deposit is required for work to begin. The rest of the payment is then given once the work is completed.

For construction work that will cost in excess of £6,000, the work is done in stages, along with payment. It is structured like so:

• Stage 1: a construction shell is completed.
• Stage 2: any wiring or plumbing is completed if necessary.
• Stage 3: anything else that needs to be completed is carried out.

Our Ethos and Commitments

Part of our ethos is to make sure our customers are happy, well treated, and that the work we carry out is to the highest standard. We affiliate with local companies to provide a full service, and try and make the work as quick as possible, but as safe as possible to, and with the right timing constraint.
